Paolo Fabbri, semiologist, has taken over the years a number of teaching in Italian universities of Bologna, Urbino, Milan, Palermo, Venice, Rome and abroad at Paris V, Sorbonne, EHESS (École des Hautes Étude en Sciences Sociales), Collège international de Philosophie in Paris, the University of UC San Diego, UCLA, Toronto and many others. He has been president of the AISV (International Association for Visual Semiotics) and Director of the Italian Cultural Institute in Paris.
