Daniele Guastini

Daniele Guastini is Associate Professor of Aesthetics at Sapienza University of Rome. He taught also at the Universities of Urbino and L’Aquila, and he held lessons at EHESS (École des Hautes Étude en Sciences Sociales) in Paris. His research areas go from the Classical Philosophy and Poetics, with particular reference to Aristotle, Plato and the capital notions of Greek and Hellenistic-Roman culture, to the Ancient Christian Doctrines, with particular interest in the birth of the Christian iconographical tradition.
